How It Works
From your first call to your final walkthrough — a clear and stress-free experience from start to finish.
The owner visits your property to assess the site, understand your goals, review design options and material selection. This is often an educational exercise for homeowners where possibilities that may have not been considered are presented. This process can take anywhere from ten minutes to an hour depending on complexity of the project.
Fast turn-around on quotes. Projects are priced individually for transparency and selection, often with various options to choose from. Should sketches or renderings be required for clarity and visualization this is always available. No pressure sales, you can decide on your time if we are the right fit for one another. At this point, the homeowner is educated enough to make an informed decision.
Clear contract with a defined scope identifying materials, projected timelines, responsibilities, and warranty terms. Generally, a deposit of 50% is due upon signing, and your project is promptly scheduled.
A this point a clear line of communication is established with the owner so that you are immediately informed of any schedule changes due to delays or un-forseen weather circumstances that may limit construction.
Our crew arrives on time, maintains a clean work site, and executes with precision and efficiency, while respecting your property and space. We never rush any projects – as quality and reputation carries a higher importance over profits. The owner is on-site every day. Regular updates on project status are communicated directly between you and the owner.
We walk the completed project with you, ensure your complete satisfaction, and provide full care instructions and recommendations. Maintenance packages are submitted at this time so that you are aware of the minimal upkeep costs required to keep your project looking beautiful for longer. The only surprises? Lionheart Contracting only uses high grade materials, provides superior workmanship, higher levels of customer survice, and un-matched warranties so our prices typically range between $15 to $20 per square foot. Every project is unique and has specific requirements that need to be adressed — we never give generic estimates. If you are searching for the "cheapest" price, we are not the right fit for you.

Yes — from cracked or sunken paver repair to full restoration including re-leveling, polymeric sand addition or replacement, cleaning, and sealing. In many cases, restoration is a fraction of the cost of full replacement.
Absolutely. Lionheart Contracting is fully insured and provides worker's compensation to all employees. We also provide clear, detailed contracts for every project so both parties are fully protected. In regards to licensing, Florida does not require paver contractors to be certified. This is why it is important to carefully select which company you choose to build your hardscape. Anybody can lay pavers and make it initially look good. The question is whether or not the product will last and remain to look good for decades to come.
This is highly dependant on your project scope. A standard paver patio and walkway may take 2–4 days; a full driveway replacement could take 4–7 days. Intricarte projects may take longer, as we prefer to take our time and build it correctly rather than rush your project. We provide a clear timeline in your quote and communicate any changes throughout the project.
Yes — drainage is part of the conversation from day one. It is imperative that drainage is factored into the project especially with the heavy rainfalls experienced in Florida. We offer French drains, catch basins, downspout burial, channel drains,and slope correction as standalone or bundled services.
Application of polymeric sand is a meticulous and specialized process that, if not performed correctly, can damage newly laid pavers. It serves to lock joints in place when activated by water — resisting washout, weeds, and migration. Regular sand washes out within 1–2 years. We use premium polymeric sand on every job as our standard, and it is available in a variety of colors to closely match your pavers.
