My name is Amin, and I'm the proud owner and operator of Lionheart Contracting LLC.

Many years ago, after many different careers in a variety of fields, I discovered my passion for working outdoors and building inviting outdoor spaces. Today, I share this passion with you, as I help you bring additional beauty and increased value to your home.

Our team is highly experienced in hardscaping - The installation of standard concrete paver or natural stone pavers on driveways, walkways and patios. This also includes features such as ornamental walls, retaining walls, garden beds, and so much more!  If you show us a picture of a hardscape feature you like - we may be able to build it for you! Additonal features such as fire pits, water features, or lighting are also available - just dream it up and we will build it!

Amin will personally be present at every single job, every single day, either working directly on finishing details of your project, or overseeing the work performed. You can rest assured that the highest level of quality will be achieved, along with a polite and respectable crew who maintain a clean and tidy workspace.

Of course! We have all necessary licenses and insurance for all of our projects. We want to be protected as much as you do and we don't want headaches!

Every project is priced individually. The cost of your installation will depend on the type of materials chosen, whether or not you want a specific design pattern, the overall size of the project, ease of access, and several other factors. 

We visit every worksite before it is quoted, to accurately measure, analyze, and have a discussion with you about all of your options. 

Therefore, cost of paver installation can range from as little as $10 per square foot and up.

We usually require a deposit of anywhere between 20% to 50%, depending on the size of the project and the materials required, which is due upon signing of the contract. Balance of payment is due upon completion and your full satisfaction with the work performed!

We accept various payment options, including cash and card payments. 

The standard warranty offered on paver installation is generally 2 years, 

Lionheart is proud to offer a minimum of 3 years on workmanship and installation, where we will periodically visit with permission in advance, and possibly perform re-application of jointing sand, re-sealing, and any adjustments or replacements of pavers if necessary.

In some cases we are able to offer a 5 year warranty. This is project specific and may involve a maintenance plan.

A maintenance plan is available for a relatively small fee (project type and size dependent), which covers a span of 5 or more years. With notice to you in advance, we will periodically check in on the installation to ensure that all is still well and that nothing has shifted or broken over time.
